Adaptive Swim Lessons
Summit Therapies’ adaptive swim program offers one-on-one swim safety instruction for children ages four and older with autism and developmental differences. Kimberly and Heather lead sessions, and both are Board Certified Behavior Analysts with over 20 years of experience working with children; they also completed formal swim instruction training through US Swim School. All sessions are one-on-one and 60 minutes long, with parents required to be on the pool deck throughout.
Water safety is a recognized area of concern for children with autism. According to the National Autism Association, drowning is among the leading causes of accidental death for children with autism. The program focuses on individualized water-safety instruction for children who may not benefit from traditional swim classes.

- Eight-week minimum commitment
- Pricing from $150 per week (one session) to $525 per week (five sessions)
